1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Platform" means the cr777 online casino and sportsbook operated at cr777.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal player account registered on the Platform, associated with a single verified email address and identity.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds, bonus funds (where separately designated), and winnings held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of the Balance derived from the Player's own deposits and cash winnings, excluding any bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by cr777 under a specific promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the aggregate real-money wager amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds, or winnings derived from Bonus Funds, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process cr777 uses to confirm that a Player meets eligibility requirements.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the use of the Platform is illegal or otherwise restricted under applicable local law.
• "Togel" means togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), a game category offered on the Platform covering Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, and Macau pools.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To register and maintain an active Account on cr777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from your own initiative and are not located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of play.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by cr777 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a cr777 employee or contractor.

2.2 cr777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and residency from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by cr777 will result in Account suspension and, where applicable, reversal of pending withdrawal requests pending verification.

2.3 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all information you have provided is accurate, current, and complete, and that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in clause 2.1.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. cr777 will close all duplicate Accounts and may forfeit any Balance held therein.

3.2 You must provide a valid email address that you actively monitor. All Account notifications, security alerts, and withdrawal confirmations are sent to the registered email address. cr777 is not responsible for communications that are not received due to an incorrect or abandoned email address.

3.3 Account registration is free of charge. cr777 will never request payment in exchange for Account creation or access to the Platform.

3.4 cr777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

3.5 You must complete the KYC verification process before your first withdrawal request will be processed. cr777 may also require KYC completion before granting access to certain game categories or promotional offers. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence, accompanied by proof of payment method ownership where required.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. cr777 will never ask you to disclose your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

4.2 You must notify cr777 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. cr777 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation; however, cr777 accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

4.3 cr777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This feature is available at no cost from the Account security settings panel.

4.4 You must not share your Account with any other individual. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until cr777 has been formally notified of unauthorised access.

5. Deposits

5.1 All deposits to cr777 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). cr777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion required is the Player's responsibility and will be subject to the Player's bank or e-wallet provider's prevailing exchange rate.

5.2 The following payment channels are currently supported for deposits:

5.3 Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account holder differs from the cr777 Account holder — are prohibited. Any such deposit may be reversed, and the Account suspended, pending investigation.

5.4 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. cr777 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion.

5.5 If a deposit is credited to your Account in error, you must notify cr777 support immediately. Wagering funds credited by error remain the property of cr777 and must not be played or withdrawn. Any winnings derived from an erroneously credited amount may be voided.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment accounts registered in the same name as the cr777 Account. cr777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to a KYC verification check. Players who have not completed KYC will be required to do so before the withdrawal is processed. cr777 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days; actual crediting times depend on the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.

6.3 cr777 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether KYC has previously been completed, if cr777 has reasonable grounds to believe that a review is warranted for security or compliance purposes.

6.4 Only Real Money Balance is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement may not be withdrawn. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement will result in the Bonus Funds being forfeited.

6.5 Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier and may be revised by cr777 from time to time with reasonable notice.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 cr777 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotional campaigns aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek (Chinese New Year), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

7.2 Each bonus is subject to specific terms, including Wagering Requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside the relevant promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

7.3 General bonus rules applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, and per IP address.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the stated time window; uncompleted bonus amounts and any associated winnings will expire at the end of the window.
• Placing bets on certain game categories (typically low-volatility table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates are published in the promotion-specific terms.
• cr777 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed fraudulently, in bad faith, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until Wagering Requirements are fully satisfied.

7.4 cr777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that a Player has already received and is actively wagering, except where cr777 has reasonable grounds to believe the Player obtained the bonus through abuse or fraud.

8. Game Rules & Betting

8.1 Each game and betting market on the cr777 Platform is governed by specific game rules published within the relevant game interface or betting market description. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules take precedence for that game or market.

8.2 All slot and casino game outcomes are produced by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. cr777 does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8.3 For sports betting and esports betting markets, cr777 reserves the right to void bets where:

• An event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not complete in accordance with the applicable sport's governing body rules.
• A manifest error has occurred in the published odds (palpable error).
• cr777 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of the event has been compromised.

8.4 Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are settled in accordance with the mix parlay rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. If one selection within a mix parlay is voided, the bet is recalculated using the remaining selections at the applicable odds.

8.5 Togel draws are conducted by the respective pool operators (Singapore Pools, Hongkong Pools, Sydney Pools, Macau Pools). cr777 settles togel bets according to the official results published by each pool operator. Any disputes arising from official result changes are subject to the relevant pool operator's ruling.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cr777 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance (where applicable), and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple Accounts or using an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to other Players through the standard interface.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds ("palpable errors") to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Any conduct that constitutes or facilitates match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sporting integrity violation.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any other financial crime.
• Abusing the bonus system through structured deposits, coordinated multi-Account play, or any strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine play intent.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after placing wagers with deposited funds.

9.2 cr777 employs real-time fraud detection and pattern analysis systems to identify prohibited conduct. Players found in breach of this clause waive any right to the Balance held in the relevant Account(s) at the time of suspension.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 cr777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment. cr777 does not encourage players to gamble beyond their means, and the Platform includes a range of player-protection tools accessible from within the Account settings at no charge.

10.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify the Player when a specified play duration has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of the Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days, during which the Player cannot deposit or place bets. The Account suspension activates immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term Account closure for a period of not less than six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10.3 If you believe that gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, cr777 urges you to contact our support team immediately and request activation of the self-exclusion tool. 11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the cr777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trade marks, and the Platform's overall look and feel — is the exclusive property of cr777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 cr777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not extend to copying, modifying, distributing, selling, sublicensing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.

11.3 Any use of cr777's trade marks, brand name, or logo without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cr777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service offered thereon.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions, and promotional content.
• Any loss arising from an unauthorised third party gaining access to your Account where cr777 has not been notified in accordance with clause 4.2.
• Technical failures, telecommunications outages, or internet connectivity issues outside cr777's reasonable control.

12.2 In any event, cr777's aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit cr777's liability for death or personal injury caused by cr777's own gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Privacy

13.1 cr777 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

13.2 cr777 does not sell personal data to third parties. Player data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary to process payments, verify identity, comply with applicable legal obligations, or provide the services described on the Platform.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 cr777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the account closure procedure available through cr777 support.

14.3 The version of the Terms & Conditions displayed on the Platform at any given time is the current operative version. cr777 maintains an archive of prior versions, which is available upon written request to the contact address in clause 16.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract law applicable to online gaming platforms. cr777 operates as an internationally oriented platform and does not submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any single national court system.

15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and cr777, you must first contact the cr777 support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. cr777 will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

15.4 Nothing in this clause prevents cr777 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing fraud.
